Domicilary Carer

Synchronised Solution recruits domiciliary / home carers to work throughout the UK

Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with day to day household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. As a domiciliary care worker you will be an essential part of their daily routine and the person you are assisting is relying on you to maintain their independence. We are therefore looking for people who are compassionate, patient, kind and sympathetic and who truly enjoy making a positive difference in someone´s life.

The role of a domiciliary care varies depending on the needs of the clients but as a general rule you will help with the daily tasks such as bathing, eating, cleaning the home and preparing meals. Domiciliary carers work to support the needs of individuals who require such assistance, and this care helps them stay at home versus living in a residential or nursing home. Previous experience is usually not mandatory since employers provide full training to candidates who previously haven’t worked as  a caregiver.

Domiciliary care providers are regulated by the Care Quality Commission in England, by the Commission for Social Services Inspectorate for Wales and Social Care and Social Work Improvement in Scotland.

To work as a domiciliary carer you will need to have a driving license. To apply please send your English CV.
